- requested National sends copies of all information they had in reference to the GPS Auxiliary
- donated a ledger to the treasurer for double entry record keeping
- located tax numbers and information regarding auxiliary's responsibilities in filing tax reports
- donated and started a "President's Book" with all information found above now filed in it
- located the "Golden Gavel" presented to the auxiliary in 1998
- looked for, but found no evidence the GPS Auxiliary ever received a charter
- looked for, but found no secretary's record's
donated $150 toward caps for Vessel Safety Check examiners, presented at Change of Watch
investigated and acquired approval for placing bulletin boards at boat ramps around the lake containing information such as boat safety and boating education opportunities. Working in conjunction with the Squadron, the Corps of Engineers, and the Lake Hartwell Association, the Auxiliary is to post the information and keep the boards up-to-date.
